Pittsburgh is very white. I guess all 10 black people will cause a ruckus.

Edit: Also I don't think half of them will be complaining considering 3 of the 10 shot up the house where the other 7 stay.

Car was used in a drive by, had three people in it (and two guns), cop tells people to stay. One guy runs, cop shoots him, he dies at hospital. They had just done a drive by right before this and shot some other guy and hit him in stomach, not sure if died though.
