The article is only for Honda, however, I have inside knowledge that this recall has been expanded to Toyota and Subaru as well. For Subaru's, it can affect cars as new as 2015.

This also effects many domestic cars. I know I have a Mercury Milan that had the recall on these.

At any rate, good info for all to look into.
