Voat has turned quite a bit into a conspiracy theorist hangout. Also, there's a lot of millennial's that like to blame boomers for putting them in the positions that *their parents actually put them in*. The ability to conduct a sane conversation is less there than it used to be, even just a year ago. When I first joined Voat, about four years ago in an earlier incarnation, it was more like Poal is now.
