Be aware. We have many old goats that have migrated here, many of whom use their old goat user names. But we also have some who have stolen Voat user names and registered them here. For instance, NeedleStack's user name on Phuks.co was stolen and though she rarely drops by, she is RealNeedleStack there. Since we have a bunch of new users, just thought I'd pass this on.

I'm the former Owlchemy of Voat … but if you ever wish to verify, just send me a PM on Voat, if and when it's ever up. I do drop by from time to time there to check such things, though I've basically given up as a true goat.

So anyway … just a word to the wise. Trust but verify if you have any doubts.

No, you need to credit and , among others (sorry, I don't have all the names). When Voat went dark a couple of months back, the admins at Phuks offered their code to Boobs2 to create a Voat alternative jumped on it ... he assembled a bunch of old goats and created this place and has been customizing it from the Phuks.co code ever since. And they've done a great job. Phuks.co is very similar and both that site and this one are friendly to refugees from Voat ... much better ... both have very active admins who actually care and will work with you on anything that comes along. So credit those folks ... I'm just a nobody user - LOL - who jumped in on both places when I lost all faith in Putt.

are there any notes on the css for this site?

I've got some experience from my voat account (different name, new site, fresh start), but mostly simple edits to examples i've found of other peoples work.

CSS is tough here, but you'd have to get with the admins for clarity. Try a post to for info from them. Sorry, I can't help, I'm not a coder, but do know Voat CSS doesn't work here and it's something the admins are working on, to the best of my knowledge.

I am the real Void_Start. This was my first username over on Voat 3+ years ago. But I have my reasons for deleting and making new accounts every few months. We'll see what happens here...
