As long as you are well grounded, 110 can absolutely kill you.

Make sure to take your shoes off and stand in a puddle of salt water.

DIAS for an AR-15 that turns it full auto. Not kidding. Coat hanger, wire clippers, some pliers and 5 minutes.

...and a federal felony to bend it in just the right way unless you are a Class 7 FFL. There is a guy on youtube that is a 07FFL and made one of these and attached a little tag with a serial number to it and posted a video demonstrating it. Surprisingly effective.
