The research is there, as are the sources, but the claims are sometimes very far fetched.
IE:
Deutchebank holds record amount of debt (TRUE). This could be the end of the EU (Hasn't happened yet). This from an article I remember reading years ago.

I've read some ZH stuff that really just presented facts and didn't really push a conclusion. But a good amount stuff comes off as someone cherry picking facts to justify a rant.
