Those will be the ones who will either stab you in the back, literally, or convince dullards to do you in for them. That said, there's nearly 8 billion people on Earth. Don't dwell on the acquaintances you've lost, join a fraternity, raise your standards, learn another language, and go off into the world making new ones.
