I agree, it's completely open to interpretation by the owner (until/unless they start getting pressured).
Reddit is an unholy corporate machine, Voat's leadership has lost my confidence and that of many others. So far the group of admins at Phuks seem communicative and reasonable, and I have no reason to believe those behind Poal are insincere either.
Is it really that hard to see how heavy Voat's censorship is? The admin has intentionally put rules in place that empower the hivemind (or any group who pretends to be more than they are) to shut down anything it finds scary. There are many sincere Hillary supporters that exist out there - they cannot have their say on Voat. So far it looks like anyone could have a say here, and I think Phuks is pretty much the same, if you are willing to present your argument reasonably.
