I am not including things like user brigading / ganging up on people.....I'm talking admin level censorship / banning based on ideology, not bad behavior etc.
You're talking about the censorship that isn't at odds with your preconceived notions, and ignoring the censorship that is.
The admins make the rules at voat and the whole website is an extreme ideological distillation - so of course censorship of unpopular users amounts to ideological censorship imposed at the admin level.

What you call censorship, I call being unpopular. The community decides, based on framework created by admins, but admins are not banning subverses or specific users based on their views.
