Microsoft is a hard habit to break. Even when some of our customers get burned by a bad update, they choose to stay with Windows. To those that comprehend tech to some extent, I explain that it's 30 year old code with more code pasted on top to make it look new and shiny. On the other hand, Windows being prone to random bugs causing annoying issues keeps us in the computer service business.
