Yes, it is more active. The admins are (Formerly PM_ME_YOUR_BOOBS2) and , both old goats. It was created by those two (and likely a few others chipping in) with Phuks helping by providing the code and to get them started. So with a few exceptions, it's the same basic forum. The only difference is that it's full free speech and doesn't have the restrictions Phuks imposes on what you can say. So is closer to the Voat philosophy. The admins here are quite active and want to see this place grow, unlike Phuks, which seems content to keep it small.
