Why do people waste resources on the severely ratarded or autistic?
Emotions I assume. Just read an article posted by crying about Japan sterilizing its retarded and crippled population so they don't make more. This is a sensible and humane thing to do. Waste of resources as it's cheaper to kill them but it's a good half measure.
