Whether or not the child is gay or straight is **no guarantee** your genetic legacy will continue, or deadend. The child could be sterile, get a vasectomy (like I did), breed with a blackie, die before reproducing, or many other possibilities. Gays have been known to have the need to breed, and either fucked a lesbo or donated sperm to get a baby, so being gay is **no guarantee** you won't get your grandkid. Parents that demand their kid be a carbon copy, follow in their chosen career, embrace their religion, like what they like, and so on, is little different from the cameljockeys treating their kids like chattel...or doing their 'honor killings'.
