I generally up vote pretty much anything I find of interest and rarely down vote. That's my system to encourage others to post, always a good thing when ya get more people interested in posting a variety of good stuff. Down votes for me are normally reserved for ad spam, though I'll occasionally down vote someone just screwing with people.
