They're hoping to get you aroused enough that you'll seek out more hardcore porn, jerkoff, and then calm down. Suddenly, all the stuff you were angry about doesn't seem so bad because you're too relaxed to care. Of course, it's not the only tool in their arsenal. It's just one more, but still good to know.
