The internet was a millitary project, is the internet a honeypot? I have read the [related article](https://yasha.substack.com/p/spy-funded-privacy-tools-like-signal) and that's where I start to doubt the author , I remember hearing in multiple Tor dev talks about how it was government funded and still is, it's not something they ever omitted, the claims of it being useless in China is false. Weak article, it reads like it was written with a conclusion in mind instead of being proper research.
