I read through the entire philosophy and browsed the technical aspects. I served for a few years and this manual would have greatly increased everyone's fitness. Just doing chin ups, push ups, and sit ups are way too static to strengthen properly. Then we would run, ruck march, or do a circuit. Boring as fuck and everyone was on their own instead of accomplishing teamwork.
