Yes, this 'evil' has been around since the Constitution.

Before that. Europeans where here since pretty much the 1500's forward. Spanish, sure. And 1600's for US Eastern seaboard for Brits, French, etc. Yet DHS seems to think the last 500 years is 'teh nazi'.
