You know someone that was cured of ptsd and depression from mushroom?
Me.
I have done it before and for some time after things were more clear and I was feeling much better.
If applied in a scheduled series with proper direction I am sure it could greatly help many number of mental hangups. I specifically remember anxiety and anxiety being far less debilitating for months after just one session.
The substance has the ability to help rewire pathways which is why for PTSD it can be huge.
so you took mushrooms? How did you take them? How did they get the dose right?
I don't know the moisture percentage they are generally dried to, but they were dried.
I didn't mind the taste at all so I just ate them raw. Each "dose" is 1/8th of an ounce. I hear they pair well with peanut butter to hide the taste. Also some people brew them into teas I guess. Eating them just raw and dried was totally fine though.
But potency will of course can vary likely based on strain, how they they were grown and of course weight will change based on moisture content.
Because they are illegal we unfortunately don't get to use the might of capitalism and brand reputation to have things perfect. All things being accounted for though, it's extremely safe... it's not like a refined drug. You'll just end up with a bit more or bit less of a trip.
Don't be retarded and waste the experience watching TV, be in the woods or on the beach... even in a nice back yard. Have someone to look after you. You'll get dehydrated and if you're having a significant experience, getting that water for yourself can be challenging. Maybe if you're doing it by yourself or even if you have someone watching over you just fill up 2 or so big things of water ahead of time so you have plenty. That person who is possibly looking after you? Don't have them interfering as this is supposed to be an introspective experience and if you're focusing on interacting with someone else that also ruins the point. A good "guide" is good though, a good one would likely just help you get back on track with your experience and then get out of it again. Bad trips are a result of getting into a bad headspace and not going with the flow.
If you have anymore questions just ask, I researched a lot but I'm no psychonaut. I know for a fact that they are an extremely valuable took that is being underutilized at the moment and are greatly misunderstood.
