Biden will be president. That is going to happen.

But only until he is declared incompetent and Kamaltoe is installed in his place. She will then be president until 2024.

Then she steals the next election and is president until 2028, by which time I expect to see the laws re-written to allow her to remain in power a bit longer at least.
