I'm talking to a woman about doing a job that's been on the back burner ever since COVID began.
Its an 8 hour job at minimum, and I told her I won't wear a mask for 8 hours and she can just be in another room, and if I interact with each other I'll wear the mask for those instances. But that's no good for her because without a mask I'LL bE BReaThInG ALl over Her HOuse.
I tried to logic her and ask wtf she thinks happens when I have a mask. She wouldn't entertain that course of thought and instead started boasting about being a doctor. WHERE THE FUCK DOES SHE THINK MY BREATH WILL GO??? HOW IS SHE A DOCTOR? (white woman). Well, she says I can come do the job when she gets the vaccine. I didn't have the heart to tell her the vaccine doesn't prevent infection.
Another incident:
I was deploying equipment in an empty building. It was just me and the guy who let me in. I'm on the other side of the building from him moving heavy shit and I pulled my mask down to breathe. This dude sees me across the hallway and comes into the room I'm working telling me his wife will kill him if I don't wear the mask. ?????
Why the fuck do these retards think a mask will do something in an empty room? How can I even talk to them? I've had a number of instances like this and I try to explain that the masks are for preventing particles from traveling forward when you're around other people and do nothing in isolation and its like talking to a fucking wall. What the god damned fuck?
