Fair, but, what if the paper towels themselves are dirty? Also, because you touched those paper towels while your hands still had nasty toilet paper germs on them before, when you touch the towels again after washing your hands, wouldn't that just dirty your hands up again?

You dont touch the paper towels before washing your hands, you just rack em out, or wave your hand or whatever. And i doubt the paper towels would be dirty unless youre getting the very outside layer
