The point is to offer free speech without censorship. Big shock that the people who took three years of voat and got fed up and left are right wing. There are leftists here who are not brigaded or harassed, unless you call disagreement harassment, which the left does. I find it odd how people like you who contribute nothing whine about how a place is.

Yeah, ideologically it's pretty much a Voat clone.

The main difference for me is that Voat blatantly censors unpopular users, whereas Poal has no rules restricting user speech at present. Maybe that means it'll grow into something more interesting in future.

I'm pretty damn committed to the whole free speech fight. So I'll let censorship happen here over my dead body. I've spent thousands of hours making sure this place stays committed to it, and at this point thousands of dollars.

Most people here are right wing I'll give you that, but I encourage everyone to come and share their opinion. We don't have to be enemies just because we disagree. We need to talk it out and let the best ideas win.

Now as for why libturd sites like reddit, raddle, twitter, etc., should exist at all, that's easy to answer....so commie brainwashing can continue to proliferate, and create more NPC pod-people. Voat, poal, 8ch, ect., exist for the exact opposite reason.....to give sane dissidents a forum whereby they can exercise their Free Speech, and trigger libturds into meltdown mode, thereby giving your sort an excuse to pitch a three-year old's tantrum in public (your raison d'etre).
