The second video is from a mobile phone of (presumably) one of the moslem attendees, its not a secret, many people have seen it as well as the first 'live stream' footage.
There's a difference between agreeing for the possibility of a false flag, not saying 'they all got up and started laughing' which is just horse shit bc that's not what the second video shows at all...
