Having watched this brazen criminal activity for quite some time, I have noticed a distinct change in the surveillance patterns in the last week or so. MANY new targets. Lots of them. If you see and/or hear low flying planes regularly, you just might be on the target list. If you coincidentally hear these assholes roar their engine when you exit a building, that is them trying to make you look up to get your face entered into the targeting computer.

  • N21339 is registered to Westwind School of Aeronautics in Phoenix.

  • N421ER is registered to Twin-Cities Flight Training in Blaine, MN

These are flight school aircraft maneuvering in a training area, hence the erratic nature of their track. They're not flying a set course, but maneuvering as their instructor tells them to do while learning certain skills.

Student pilots are not spying on you. They're too busy over-correcting their turns and chasing the needle when the instructor says hold an altitude.
