At 13-14 seconds into the video it looks very much like the OP image. Don't think it's reflection as the color doesn't change as the angle of the coin changes 14-15 seconds. Try watching it at 25% speed.

It appears to be heavily smoothed and filtered. These days a photographer shoots raw and then drastically alters it for the final version.
