Cops got a "tip" about a guy with a car and curly hair. Three of them corner white dude with a toddler, say "gimme your ID." He doesn't, so they arrest him. Toddler is crying as they drag him to their car. Tons of time passes, the cops' boss comes, and WTFs them.
