Also, that just looks like Canadian construction. I had a buddy move into a condo that I advised him against. When we pulled up I was like dude those stairs are really fkn crooked. Within 15 minutes of being there I could tell the same thing was going to happen to the acrylic stucco on his exterior walls. Well, being stubborn and looking to break a leg and not work for a few years, I loaded everything up the balcony stairs. The whole 4 story tower wobbles. The railing was falling off. I fell through 2 stairs. Then a few weeks later an entire wall of stucco fell off. Then a few months later the entire back wall where the balcony stairs are.
$30,000 later.... He's regretting that decision.
These niggers around here take $400 per month bachelor apartments, do 10k in cheap renovations, then sell a $4000 per year apartment to someone for $260,000. It makes me want to burn down every condo project I see.
But those vids have nothing to do with engineering.
She won't design anything. They'll just promote her to management.
