Sort of. I said average. But also, an IQ of 95 is really really low. A 85-110 range is your average NPC(not including niggers). Have you ever taken an IQ test? I don't even understand how someone can score below 110 on it.

The closest thing to an IQ test I've taken was the ASVAB and when the recruiters saw my results they restricted my options to the IT and similar jobs.
