Racial distinctions lack clear division, though it wasn't always that way.

What is "white"? It's arbitrary. At what RGB hex code does "red" become "orange"? It's arbitrary. We can tell that red is different from orange, and that white is different from arabian.

It's 7-13% depending on your standards. Are Spaniards white? I say yes.
