Had covid from Feb-March. Lost my primary source of income. Literally starved for most of the year since I'm not a freeloading piece of shit. Couldn't see my girlfriend for a good portion of the year. Had some unrelated health issues at the end of last year.
I didn't have the best time but I'm still alive and I still have a roof over my head. I'm grateful for what I have. Sites like this have been such a breath of fresh air to me. It makes a huge difference just being able to talk to other (mostly) sane people.
Living the dream one nightmare at a time. Aren't we all. Back in Oct. 2019 I came down with the worst respiratory bug I had ever had. Where I work, people come in from all over the world. I could not get rid of it for over a month. Early 2020 I came down with the most wicked flu. I already had a condition that causes vertigo. After that flu, the vertigo and other symptoms became extremely bad. All of this before there was Covid test.
I said that to say this there is a lot of nasty stuff out there right now, and they call it all Covid.
