I used to love the Great Western gun shows in CA. I could carry in several guns, buy sell or trade pretty much anything. There was 11 buildings FULL of firearms , not fucking Beef Jerky or cheap pocket knives. You could spend all weekend there and never go down the same row twice, so if you wanted to buy a gun you had to buy when you walked passed or it would be gone an hour later... Fuck these gun shows today. Not worth the price of admission.

I can't even imagine how bad a gun show would be these days. Probably 3x the number of booths trying to hawk iridescent Chinese knives, and 1/10th the variety of guns you can't shoot because there's no ammo.

I found some 9mm in bulk for $.53 a round....if you wanna spend $1400. Wait time is like a month though. Non-bulk is like $.63

Yep...hard to find any good prices now. I'm lucky enough to have a local gun shop owner who isnt greedy, and basically sells ammo just above cost...whenever he gets some in that is.

In NC you need permits for handguns and other weapons. Don't need one for the Mossberg I'm buying right now. NC is sorta freedom minded but we have our freedom enemies.

I bought a little 3 shot mossberg. They said they had to sell it like a pistol because of the hand grip. Best thing to do in NC is get your CC. They you can buy anything and walk out with it.

Probably not much. Most states require a permit now or a waiting period. Unless it is black powder. Hopefully you live in a good state and you’ll be fine. Even Iowa it’s fucked. The last gun show I went to had at least 15 cops trying to eavesdrop on the transactions.
