I couldn't find it on the lazarusnaturals.com website, but I've been taking their 50mg capsules every evening for a month or so now, and don't really notice any difference. Found the 50mg product available at https://cbd.co/lazarus-naturals-cbd-capsules-full-spectrum-50mg/

50mg is fairly low dosage. For example, the vet prescribed 30mg twice a day for my 30 lb dog. I'm taking 200 mg 2-3 times a day. If you use the RSO liquid in the syringe (oral, no needle) it is a quicker effect and personally I like it better than the gelcaps. You take it sublingually instead of pills that go through the digestive system and processed by the liver.

I don't know what you're issues are, but if you haven't seen any improvement after a month I would definitely raise your dosage. I'd say you should see improvement within a week if you're hitting the right levels.

Interesting. Looked more into it, and found a dosage calculator @ https://dailycbd.com/en/cbd-dosage/

Suggested I take ~114mg daily. Will try 150mg tomorrow AM and see how it affects me during the day.

Good place to start. There are so many factors to consider, everyone is different. In my reading some people are taking as much as 300-400mg per dose.
