Exactly what is the supposed justification for killing her? What was she doing when she got shot?

Trying to breach a barricaded door. He shot her point blank. He knew she wasn't armed or a threat. There were even police right behind her. It was a premeditated murder of opportunity.

I just watched the videos of her murder. I suspect this was done intentionally, and was planned, so that they could use her death as a bludgeon against Trump and his supporters.
