The economy is for sure to collapse this year

Who knows, honestly. The economy is so artificial they might manage to keep it going for another five years so they can worsen the demographics even more.

Usually the collapse is when they buy the land cheap for section 8. So the economy being hi is a good thing if youre looking to sell and get out of dodge. I DID.
