For a start, it sounds like your defense is that- 'you don't even know if there were enough actual physical excess ballots to manipulate' ??. That You'd have to plan for it ?? - omg thats what election committees and election oversight officials are tasked with doing. Duh, and Georgia had 106 000 'extra ballots' to adjudicate to be counted on the night, 106 000 (in just one county , 70% of their total vote count) and other counties also extended the election voting process to allow up to an extra week to cure/ count/process and adjudicate ballots. So if one were too be completely honest, that low probability you assume actually and logically all points to all the various connected parts of this process being purposely facilitated (and bypassing state legislatures election law amendments) to enable this scenario .... Low probability = High possibility.
