They told us we should have extra projects this week. We don't.

They still want us to come in early.

We get no information as to what they wanted us in early for. WE had to go find our boss when we got in to find out what they wanted us to do.

I get impossible to execute instructions. Boss eventually figures it out, has someone assist only in starting to enable work to be done. They leave and don't come back. Waste time waiting. See supervisor, let them know i cannot continue without assistance. They ask someone to help out and we get nothing whatsoever done because once we got started we found out that nothing at all was ready for us.

Boss asked us to come in on Saturday too

Document everything in a notebook. Print out and keep any emails you get. You need names dates and times written down. Bitching goes directly up the chain. Always locate the man directly above your head first. Document when you spoke with him and what about. Hopefully you're getting paid for this time that's being wasted. Drop resumes everywhere you can. Good luck man.

Definitely this. I forgot. If you have contacts in the business that you're in, now's the time to use them. If you don't, starting networking hardcore. Best bet for a swift exit.

Im not worried about getting fired (i may get in trouble but i dont care about this job). There are so many nonsense things that happen day to day at my job i dont even fight it anymore.

If someone ever came to me with a problem with something (which happened only once) i just tell them to fire me.
