Not everything is black and white. If one thing is a hoax, it doesn't mean that everything is a hoax. Truth is always mixed in with lies to make it much more difficult to discern the truth. If everything was black and white it would be much more easier for everyone to see the truth, but we know that's not the case. I think there are legitimate vaccines, but there are some that are not like the flu vaccine. Plus explain how diseases from the past have been eradicated? Polio is basically extinct. Small pox is extinct.
