Yeah you can. Your body has all sorts of problems from full blown aids. You're immune system is compromised and the body no longer works right. HIV infected people have increased risk of having heart attacks.

I don't believe Fauchi, but this guy is just flat out wrong. In the 80s thousands of faggots were dropping dead like flies from aids. This was before they had drugs like they have today that keep people like magic johnson alive for so long.
