Once you take benefits and /or privileges -you lose your rights and become lienable. ie - you give up your rights for benefits and privileges . Same with registering anything - you hand over ownership to the state and pay a tax for use.

You're wrong in thinking that all these fine details even matter, we don't live in a country of laws anymore, what's written on paper does not affect how things are enforced, it's not like you'd still have your rights if not for using services the government forces on you.

To true that the details don’t matter - but legaly these are the “loop holes” that bind us to the commercial system. Can something be done - I doubt it - but it is good to know that the government doesn’t force us at all. - it coerces us through - application -registration and certification the “arc“ Remember “the beast will come from the sea” That’s maritime law which is commercial law - the antithesis of common law ( the golden rule) Either way here’s an upvote !
