Remember how the rappers were told to promote violence and rape in their music videos so that the prison corporations would fill up and the owners/shareholders could make bank? Same thing with the cops. They are revenue generators... Do you realize how much money they would lose if people just stopped speeding and drunk driving? That's $$$Millions they lose...
