I dont think individualism created the federal reserve. Individualism didnt perpetuate constant wars. Individualism didnt ship away all productive jobs. Our (ancestors) constant need for government gibs and welfare is what caused it. Our parents and grandparents couldn't live without the government telling them what to do.
If there was real individualism and decentralization than people wouldnt send their income checks in the first place. Individualism would have led people to mind their own business.
