IF they even is a new strain, imagine that most of us who were exposed to first one with mild flu or no symptoms will be mostly immune to subsequent rounds. Normally I am against any sort of tracking of individuals or travel restrictions by government. I think the DLC's movement should be halted so they can't spread this and other physical/mental illnesses that they are hosts for.
