This is an excellent point. I went to a drive thru yesterday and the boon on window duty was fucking retarded. Repeated my order back wrong three times(how hard is it to understand no mayonnaise), when I finally got her to repeat it correctly I go up the the window she says two different prices and then gives me the wrong change for either(in my favor). My food was right but thats because there were 2 competent honkeys doing the actual cooking. Her poor tiny brain literally couldn't handle it. I ran a drive thru for years. Its not hard.
Their mental capabilities are simply less.
