It says "for any felony cognizable under the laws of the United States..." Seriously, the USSS could arrest everyone of the shitbags for removing the tags on their matresses and there isn't a fucking thing anyone could do about it.

For the sake of KEK, I hope they make the arrests the morning of the 6th, then release the Conspirators 2 days later. The arrestees appeal to SCOTUS, and SCOTUS responds they don't have Standing. It would tie up loose ends nice and ironicly.
