People were telling health department bureaucrats to get off their property. Cops could do nothing because no crime was committed. Now the bureaucrats can order the indefinite removal and detention of entire groups of people to be held without trial. Their only offense was opposing the authority of the unelected health department.

In my opinion, this is what they have used throughout history to control the masses. No technology is needed, just enforcement. Illness is the most basic human problem, it's always going to exist, what a perfect way to take control of people and start of a shift of change.
