If I were given the authority to incorporate a town or city, or even a street, I'd go with a strong dose of liberal (and (((real estate speculator))) ) repellent, and name it something like Trumplandia or USS Libertyville. I just wish there was also some way to deter Xinnie the Pooh and his bug-people at the same time.
