The ingredients for tonight are as follows;
- 3 pounds baby red potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 large white onion (379g after peeling and dicing)
- 1 bunch spinach (259g after cutting)
- 6 cans sweet corn
- 3.64 pounds sirloin tip roast
- 90 grams flour
- 1 cup beef stock
