That stuff is usually more expensive too. When I'm looking to lay in some food for a while, I'm getting things that have a lot of calorie value for the least amount of money. That stuff doesn't fit either bill.

Good plan! As a avid backpacker I utilize foods with high calorie count per oz. Olive oil, nuts, corn chips, salmon etc.

We almost purchased dairy free ice cream rhe other day. The container said ice cream in large bold letters but had "Dairy free" written in a different and much smaller font. Close one; we threw it back.
