That is Fake News. The reason the life expectancy was so low was because of a statistical phenomenon caused by so many kids were dying under the age of 5. If they lived past 5 people generally lived into their sixties and seventies.

Pretty sure? Only because you are ignorant. Its a historical fact that over 80% of the public did not want to go with war with Germany. It took ten years of anti-German propaganda in the media and several false flag attacks on the US culminating with Pearl Harbor to drag the public into the war. And don't get me started on the racist sentiments in the country especially in the South and Northern cities. Don't get me wrong. Those sentiments were 100% justified. There was hardly any racist sentiment in Germany. No blacks lived there. There was "anti-semitism" which should be properly called counter-judaism only because the havoc the jews were causing in Germany and in the region at the time.

Do some genealogy. They certainly did. My great grandmother got married when she was 15. Another great grandmother got married at 17 and had a sister who was married at 13. History is replete with examples. It wasn't everybody, but I'd say a good 5% were <17.

That said they were based and if they had known that the NSDAP were fighting international Jewry and were trying to prevent the modern faggotry that we see today they would have fought WITH the NSDAP.
